    There really is something about a pasta dish made with a good red sauce that turns out even better when you heat it back up.

    For me, another good one is curry.

    But Thanksgiving leftovers. Big fucking turkey and mashed potato and gravy sandwiches. Next fucking level.

    Just about any stew taste better after reheating (so much that I now will cook most stews on day 1, and then reheat it on day 2 – often adding more and fresh vegetables – before serving it).
