I’m looking for a song my ex used to listen to a few years ago. I want to say it fell into the indie genre and couldn’t have come out any earlier than sometime in the last 10 years. From what I remember, the song used dial tones and other various phone sound effects in the bridge leading into the final chorus. I specifically recall the “the number you have dialed is no longer in service” sounds and I believe the bridge ended with someone picking up the phone and saying “hello?” Singer had a masculine voice. Any help would be appreciated!
Edit: added additional information

I don’t think there’s any additional information I can recall, so I appreciate the help in advance!!!
Definitely indie? If not, Telephone by Lady Gaga?
Can you remember any instruments?
Any chance it’s “Never There” by Cake? I feel like you’d remember there being horns, but still.
It wouldn’t be off of Pink Floyd’s The Wall album would it?
Can I Call You Tonight by DayGlow? The operator recording is about 2:50 into the song
Could it be Details In the Fabric by Jason Mraz?
i know this isn’t a masculine voice but is it “Hello?” by Clairo?
I think it’s a song by The Police
if its not URA Fever by The Kills, im gonna be so disappointed
