[TOMT] [MOVIE] [2000s] – Movie about the Italian Mob in New York?

I remember watching this movie on tv in 2002, I assume it might have had a theatrical release in the late 90s.

The only scene I remember takes place in a restaurant. The men are eating, I remember one was greedily eating a rack of ribs. And then a drive by shooting happens. The restaurant was a storefront typer restaurant with glass windows. It might have been New York, but it could have been any “slick city street” type of city.

I feel like Paul Sorvino, Chazz Palminteri, or Joe Pesci might have been in it. But I haven’t been able to identify anything that looks familiar on their IMDBs.
