What makes men conventionally attractive? Personally has to be one, but I’m lost on what the standard is supposed to be.
Edit: I got a potato jaw so guess I’m fucked.

Height
Good facial features and a decent height does alot.
Good genes
There was some research I heard about one time about the symmetry of a persons face, like if it all fits within certain margins or has the right ratios people find it more attractive.
But truly I think it really depends. The saying is that beauty is in the eye of the beholder, and while it sounds cheesy, I think there is some truth to it. My sisters hardly ever agree on which celebrities are hot.
Huge tube
Jawline. White straight confident smile. Clean skin.
Height and Decent face, Jaw Line
Height+ confidence +proportional body + groomed (im assuming u r referring mostly to physical /body language aspect of it)
A good facial structure can take you a long way.
As a straight man that wishes to be more conversationally attractive, I’d say I wish I had a more angular jawline
Defined jawline
If you have a built body and tall af (need both, one alone isnt good enough) then women will be drawn to you like a magnet. Face isn’t that important for men. Your sheer size (height and build) will override any disadvantages from your face. Women go crazy over a huge man. Just make sure to be hygienic and well groomed as well. Your personality and ability to please her will make her stay.
Female and male sexuality are very different. If you ask a female what makes a guy attractive, you get stuff like honesty, sense of humor, ability to commit. You might get some physical traits like height or veiny hands, but those seem to be further down the line. I came across a study recently where a majority of women claimed they’d rather date a guy that can cook than a guy with a big dick.
Shouldn’t this be posted on r/AskWomen or r/AskGayMen?
A sense of humour good personality and dosent take himself so serious.
Symmetrical Features / Facial Symmetry and Pheromones have been proven to be leading indicators of people that will be found attractive by the opposite sex.
This is something you should poll the girls on.

Being solid. Not letting anything sway you from being you, including your own emotions. Emotional intelligence is what separates boys from men.
A chad
Wank fan and fluff murderer in cahoots 👌🏼 haha.
Wrong sub.
Some combination of “ideal” height (above average, probably 6’+ up to like 6′ 4″), symmetrical, strong, well-defined facial features, and a deep voice. You can be lacking in one area and still be consider attractive, though.
Being tall
Having full hair
Angular face
Strong jawline
Lean muscle
If the dating shows I’ve seen are anything to go by it’s the following:
Square headed, light beard, physically fit, and well groomed, along with a decent fashion sense.
Those are the physical “conventionally attractive” traits I saw when it came to what seems to be popular
HUMOR, if you make me laugh you’re a hit!
We all know the answer we just hate to admit it
Tall/Nice face/fit body (good skin, teeth, hair, symmetrical face with definition, some muscles, etc)
Pretty simple really
Being White and Neurotypical.
Fit body, cute face, some facial hair, and a nice bum.
Height, eyes, good skin, shoulders, arms, dick size, and V-shape. I have it all and can say that height seems to be the most important one by a mile, the vast vast majority of women I’ve been with have mentioned it more than the rest of my traits combined.
Great sense of humour, personality and good values. You can see past the superficial (looks) stuff as long as there is a good connection. As far as the superficial stuff I personally like nice eyes, and am not a fan of muscly guys 🤷 hygiene and being well groomed are equally important. Like so many men have beards right now, and that’s cool and all but if it’s not well groomed and it looks like a cluster of pubes, it’s so not attractive 😐 Height doesn’t phase me as I am 5ft 11in so I tend to be taller than most guys 😅 For me personally great sense of humour and a person’s personality are way more important than anything else, that and chemistry 🧪 ⚗️
🤷🏿♂️ Money ig
As a gay man I’ll tell you: harmonious and symmetrical facial features, clear skin, good teeth, high cheekbones, a full head of hair, good hygiene and grooming, height, some muscle without too much fat, a sense of style, confidence, and intelligence. These things make a man conventionally attractive.
Everyone is so scared of saying “Race/Color”
Broad shoulders, height and veiny hands
A large penis
Lower Body fat percentage + Higher Muscle Mass
Height , hairline that suits their face , well groomed facial hair – beard that suits their face , low body fat percentage that results in defined jawline & no face fat , athletic build or atleast fit , nice shoulders n back n chest & boyish features are always appreciated.
Just watch the media we consume, that’s how we develop our taste in men/women and how people who create them idealise their ideal partner
Bedroom Eyes 👀
Smile, physique, height ig
Just to add here: ‘conventionally attractive’ tends to mean classically handsome, and yeah, i think people are kinda hitting the mark.
But just remember – ‘attractive’ is WAY fucking broader than just classically handsome, and the majority of that is fully stuff that you can change (though it takes a lotta time and work. Source: was very unattractive until I figured things out from my mid-late twenties onwards)
