    Being an adult individual of the human species born with the organs that would produce the smalle reproductive cells of your species. Nothing fancy or with much pathos, sure, but science and terms never really laid claim to be the most epic thing there is.

    Beyond that I’d say one of the core traits is: Only accepting responsibility that comes with the necessary authority to live up to the expectation, and rejecting the alternatives. Responsibility without authority is salvery, authority without responsibility is tyranny.
