I highly doubt it is a disease it’s much more likely to be vaginal discharge that is discoloured due to hormones or the fact that you are due on. It could also be caused by a vagina infection from putting foreign objects inside. I would go to a doctor just to be on the safe side as you might need antibiotics or a cream of some sort.
Okay so I haven’t been 17 for a long time but I remember being tempted by my hairbrush handle. I am by no means a sex expert but probably best to stop!! Like now! There’s probably something on the handle making you bleed. Swap it out for a real toy. It’ll feel A LOT better and my guess is the weird gooey stuff would stop. If you’re 17 and can’t buy one from a store try ordering one online—they usually ship in discreet boxes (assuming you live with your parents).

As for needing parental confirmation for a doctors appointment, just tell your mom you think you might have a yeast infection. It can happen to anyone at any time regardless of sexual activity and needs a doctor to be treated. Once there, you can ask your mom to allow you to go in alone because it’s embarrassing/uncomfortable talking about it with her there. Any reasonable mom should be fine with this and it’s also a good experience to tackle alone since you’re about to be an adult
this is just a guess but could it be like old blood? like how at the end of a period it sometimes goes reddish brown and goey? maybe from putting a rougher object inside yourself it scrapes out the old blood, i’m not too sure this is just my guess bc any time i masterbait i get spots of blood from scratching parts of inside of me (i think?) but maybe it’s somthing similar like that with you?
If you are being rough, it is likely blood mixed with juices. If you aren’t feeling ill, not smelling bad down there and it only happens with objects being rough, you are probably fine. I have seen this in some long-term relationships I was in. Just an opinion, maybe get a check-up without mentioning the reason. Just claim something is going on down there.
Make sure you clean your objects before use of course.
You can get an infection from using sex toys that aren’t cleaned properly btw. I would ask your doctor about it if you can or a health connect line
