I thought some might enjoy this story about an ultrasound.

r/

I went to the ER last night over really bad lower abdomen pain. They sent me to get an ultrasound to look at my bladder and reproductive organs and the tech (and her trainee) was using the wand that goes into your vag for the scan. No biggie.

At the time they had some music playing in the background and I was just laying there vibing waiting and right as she inserted the wand into my vagina Pony by Ginuwine started playing in the background. bowchickabowwoowww

We all started laughing and they said it was an oldies station and weren’t expecting this song to come on. I guess I’m old enough that my music is on the oldies station now. Sobering.

But nothing beats listening to Ginuwine while you are getting your coochie messed with. Ha! We listened to the whole song and just vibed. Girlhood.

It’s also worth noting I was high on pain meds at the time so the experience was interesting.

Good times.

Also, I labeled this NSFW just in case.

May your coochie health be primo, loves!!!!

I mean, beats listening to Celine Dion.

Reminds me of the time I was getting a pap at the OB and Take My Breath Away started playing. Probably not the best song to have on the office playlist.

“Hurts So Good” came on in the middle of my root canal. I was blitzed on nitrous oxide and laughed so hard my poor dentist had to stop the procedure for a few minutes.

As I pulled up to a border patrol checkpoint in texas, Billy Joel was playing on my radio and just as I rolled down the window and the agent asked if I’m a US citizen Billy Joel belted out “BORN IN THE USA”. I was amazed at the timing, but the border patrol guy was just like, eh…

I mean, who needs sleep when you can have a little Ginuwine soundtrack to go along with the poking and prodding… although I’d probably be too busy laughing to even notice the discomfort.
