Hello guys, i am 18 years old guy, in this year i started stressing about tons things which even made me hate what i liked doing sometimes bc of exams, what my family or friend etc think etc and i wanna know how can i get rid of and starting not giving a fuck because this stress comes with disadtvantes like gaining weight, skin problems, not being erected at sex etc..
Do you guys have any idea about how to start not giving fuck, chancing my personality to that and if any of you experienced the same, how did you guys do it?

You should definitely analyse and notice that things that really stress you out and work on fixing that.
Ik it’s seem so simple when I said it, but it’s not gonna be simple and definitely there are factors that making you stress out, it’s just hard to find out
