Really? You have nothing better to do with your life but spread hatred, rumors, and manufactured drama on real people. There was a 200,000 person community dedicated to harassing Mikayla of the saveafox foundation. 200,000 people participated in the cold blooded murder of human being. Disgusting, horrible people that are so pathetic and small that they need to corrupt and hurt those that are good and pure.

I completely agree. So many snark subreddits are full of vile people who have nothing better to do than criticise others.
Paraphrased from a reply I made in another thread, since this is apparently what Reddit wants to talk about this week.
Reddit by design is made up of countless echochambers and a HIGH percentage of them will ban you just for posting things that go against the grain of the sub, subs that go against that grain will ALWAYS exist. Banning snark subs would essentially kill any pushback a topic might get in another direction which is always a bad thing in the long run. Now we DEFINITELY should get rid of any subs dedicated to straight-up hatred of a person or people but a blanket ban on snark subs will just make Reddit worse.
