[TOMT] [Puppet/Live Action Show (Probably interstitial)] [Late 90s-Early 2000s] Bird puppet chasing kids

When I was little, there was a thing I’d see on tv sometimes that scared the crap out of me. My fear may have warped my memories of it, but I recall some sort of bird-monster puppet that would chase these kids- not portrayed by puppets- around, I think with the intent to eat them. They always ended with the kids turning the tables on the bird monster thing and catching him in a trap, intending to eat him. Given the short runtime I seem to remember, I think it was some sort of bumper or interstitial. This was in America.
