I cheated and took Zepbound. Paired that with consistent walking for 45 mins- hour (now with the summer heat it’s like 15 mins) I workout inside with weights or just do standing marches with the weights
I didn’t follow a specific diet, I just counted calories. I wasn’t really all that active while I was losing weight, mainly just going on walks. Sometimes some exercise videos on Youtube.

I walk every day for an hour.
I try to eat as healthy as possible.
I have 1 cheat day out of the week where I eat whatever and don’t work out

Adding salad to my meals.
I wasn’t looking for weight loss but rather to manage my blood sugar and cholesterol levels. I ended up losing weight by just changing my diet a bit
I lift heavy weights and do Muay Thai. I also am very conscious about what I eat (I eat a healthy /balance diet).
A six-pack is made in the kitchen, not at the gym. Diet is more important than working out, so focus on calorie intake.
Walks, hitting the gym 2-4 times a week, drinking a lot of water
Tap dancing! Honestly, it’s the most fun you can have in a church hall.
I wake up early and do a 30-40 minute hike and 20 minutes of yoga or weight training at home.
I used MyFitness Pal to track calories for the first 25 pounds. I fell out of it and I realized I knew more or less what to eat.
A walk around a park or neighborhood every day
