As an older sister myself, I just want to hear what others have to say.
- What do you wish she knew?
- Do you ever look back and think about how often she was right/wrong about things?
- Who took more s*** from your parents?

It wasn’t so much that, it was more her friends coming around !
I began to notice it more when I would come home from boarding school at term time Holidays. They being two years older meant, that as a 16 year old young man, they were all almost young women in their appearance.
Modesty prevents me from saying anything more.
Leukemia got her. She passed not long after her high school graduation. She was at home on hospice care during it. Her best friend walked the stage for her. I don’t want to talk about it.
She’s who I talk to when I need a rational female take on things. She’s the mom my mom wasn’t and I would do anything for her.
I have 2 older sisters. One is super cool and has my back but also tells me I’m stupid when I’m doing something stupid. The other one is a bitch. People hate when I say that but it’s just what she is. She doesn’t have much going for herself and is in her 30s, she likes to point out bad things about other people’s lives and it’s really cause she’s insecure
I have two. They’re my confidantes, my champions, my guiding-lights at my worst. They get happier than me for my smallest wins. They fight battles for me i didn’t know i had. They’ve undoubtedly taken more shit from my parents. I’d do anything to make them happy.
We have quite an age difference so the generation gap is sometimes quite evident, but they always listen to differing opinions and make sure they’re on the same page as the rest of the world on issues they should be.
I know the question didn’t ask, but I’ve never missed having a brother.
