I went thousands of miles away to work as a counselor at a crappy summer camp I found off of Reddit, and eventually got fired. AMA.

Essentially last summer I was feeling extreme boredom having been stuck at home for so long and I needed to go somewhere new. I found a summer camp off of Reddit in a region of the US I’d never visited and applied, eventually getting a job there. I took a flight there and thus began two months of meeting a crazy cast of childish characters (some of the least childish people at that camp were the actual children), some very crazy adventures, a lot of misadventures, conflicts with campers, co-counselors, and management, and other assorted experiences that ended in the termination of my employment. I can’t reveal everything for privacy reasons but you’ll get basically everything, so ask me (almost) anything!
