I work in a very very male dominated field of work (IT) Where only 35% Of workers are women, during my time at this company I’m currently with I have climbed the corporate ladder at an insane speed
Every male boss that has ever underestimated me now reports to me
Sounds kind of awful, but I feel very powerful and strong looking down at all the people I used to have to look up to
Especially egotistical men
Honestly, being with my girls. It just gives me all the comfort I need and at times, it feels like the few of us could actually change the world for the better.
