I also got ashermans syndrome from using 2 IUDs in a row. They weren’t studied for using multiple in a row for a decade or more and making sure fertility returned. My fallopian tube openings were completely blocked in my uterus and required surgery to restore my fertility. And I still haven’t had a pregnancy survive past 8-9w.
