How to flirt?

I am 23 male, when i was a teen i got good sense of humour but in last 3 years i literally lost it.
How can i get more playful with texting, talking.
I also wanna learn how to approach womens.
I literally have no idea how to speak to a women in that way. Literally when i am talking to one my head goes empty and it setting me up so bad.
I dunno also how to make a sexual jokes because i think i gonna turn out as a perv all the times.
I am literally too serious and always ruining a flirt by asking some serious questions and discussion become a lot serious.
I wanna make women laugh not ending everything by becoming serious.
