Just curious what other men do you take care of their body. Skin, hair, digestive. What are some tips?

    2 hours exercise, speed walking, running, calisthenics, every day except weekends.

    Eating healthy. No junk. No alcohol(last 6 years)

    For the skin? There I fail.  
    i use hair shampoo as soap for all in the ahower. No creams.

    Close to 60 year old now.

    I don’t maintain my skin too much as it’s quite oily anyway. I’ve got what the Native American used to (and sometime still do) refer to as “a serious drinking problem”. It leaves me glowing most of the time. So my skin is always vibrant

    Shave every 2 days, wash hair every 3 (curly hair). Shower daily, with last minute being cold

    Do 20-30 minutes of standstill cardio

    Eat well, count macros and calories

    Shampoo and soap in the shower

    Brush my teeth and floss everyday

    Trim the beard every saturday

    Simple stuff

    shampoo my hair every other day, use body wash instead of soap, and wash my face with a face wash. I always apply sunscreen and anti-perspirant before going out, and I try to eat whatever fresh green vegetables are available in the market.

    Strength/Cardio workout when I can

    Trimming beard once every week

    Giving my boys and my chest a trim every 2-3 weeks depending on the season

    Shampoo when scalp is sweaty or too greasy. Apply oil on scalp especially in the winter once a week

    Trim my nails every week

    No smoking or drinking

    Eat out less and save up for buying healthier groceries

    Morning walk.
    No sugar.
    Use face wash and then moisturiser after shower.
    Drink water.
    Read at least 10 pages of a book daily that I’m reading when I’m in bed but usually read more.
    Get enough sleep (8 hours).

    I believe in taking care of myself and a balanced diet and rigorous exercise routine. In the morning if my face is a little puffy I’ll put on an ice pack while doing stomach crunches. I can do 1000 now. After I remove the ice pack I use a deep pore cleanser lotion. In the shower I use a water activated gel cleanser, then a honey almond body scrub, and on the face an exfoliating gel scrub. Then I apply an herb-mint facial mask which I leave on for 10 minutes while I prepare the rest of my routine. Then moisturizer, then an anti-aging eye balm followed by a final moisturizing protective lotion.

    I cycle (a lot), I eat a clean diet (actually for digestive reasons – I have Chrohn’s – though luckily on the scale it’s fairly mild), I lift weights

    I’m still the same weight/shape at 45 as I was at 25 (I’ve been between 180-190 for the last 13 years, I spent a couple of years fat – reached 260 and realised that no, this isn’t a good thing – don’t eat your feelings).

    Skin care is soap/water and sunblock (Factor 50) on everything exposed to the flaming ball of gas because I’m milk bottle white (scottish oneside/irish the other – I joke I’m evolved for Sleet) – so skins pretty good, UV will wreck your skin, have to wear shades if sun is out as well – I have gray eyes which is rarish but comes with a side order of increased photo sensitivy.

    Well, it is simple. Shower sometimes every day, usually every other day.
    Get a cup, maybe 2 cups of coffee, feed the beagle, let her out. Let beagle in. Sit on the couch. Check weather ( hot) , check river levels, get up, make lunch, and breakfast, leave for work eat breakfast while driving to work, breakfast is a sandwich. Arrive at employment place.
