Dont just get him glasses, get him something nice to pour into it as well. Id prefer the nice booze over the glasses honestly.
Does he have tools? Houses always need tools. The Amazon basics electric screwdriver is super handy
If he likes to grill, a Weber kettle grill those are classic and are the best in my opinion, or a grill set utensils.
A decorative wall mounted battle axe.
Wife might not be impressed but I would be stoked.
A nice 18v cordless drill with a spare battery.
I got my guy friend a nice cutting board, a set of nice tea towels, wine glasses and a bottle of wine. He was really happy and said no one ever really gets men “pretty” things for their home but they still want it.
Fire extinguisher or a plunger
My grandpa gave me some coasters. I use them to this day and think of him when i use them
Depends on budget but if it stretches a decent cordless drill/screw driver.
When we bought ours I got a nice Makita with a spare battery, that thing has paid for itself many times over since.
My mortgage paid off.

I always get tons of different types of batteries and throw em all in a bag with duct tape and wall mounting strips. Always gets a mention each time I see them.
Alcohol.
I received a house warming gift of a small tool bag with some basic tools like a couple screwdrivers, wrench, hammer, and duct tape. Still have it 6 years later and use it regularly. Best gift by far!

Honestly? A nice toolkit or cordless drill. He might not use it right away, but when something breaks, he’ll think of you and be glad he’s not using a butter knife as a screwdriver
