Men of Reddit, have you ever misjudged a woman over something that you later found out you were wrong about? What was it?

I went through this recently – I was talking with someone for a couple of months and in the end we had a falling out, but his assumptions on the kind of person I am was VERY wrong. He assumed an action of mine meant something much more severe than the coincidental reality it happened under. Just curious what your stories are!
