[TOMT] [TV Show episode] Family sitcom character dances to Breakout by Swing Out Sister

I recently watched a family-based TV sitcom in which one of kids (a boy, I think) danced solo to the song Breakout by Swing Out Sister. What caught my attention was the song. I hadn’t heard it in a very long time, and it sparked a bit of nostalgia and curiosity. I went down a rabbit hole researching the song’s history. And at some point in that days-long process, I completely forgot the TV show that I saw it on. I don’t know how that’s possible, but my brain has forgotten worse. I thought it was on an episode of American Housewife or Young Sheldon, but it could be a third show that I can’t remember.
