I don’t know if it is just me or if this is a general thing today – but I am seeing no effort from men on dating apps to converse and set up a date. I am seeing extremely lazy responses. I wanted to know what others’ experiences have been like with dating apps

Actually I think dating apps just need to die. With all the AI and bots, and the dating apps just trying to make money, it’s really no longer an effective way to meet people.
This is tricky to navigate, because on the one hand it feels archaic and unfair to expect men to do all the work of making plans and taking initiative… but when I’ve personally tried to take more initiative with men on apps, I’ve regretted it, because a lack of effort in the early talking stage is such a bad omen for the man’s overall interest.
