You know the one. The one you saw on the bus, at the train station, at the airport, a music festival etc. You only saw her for a couple of minutes, maybe even for a brief moment. You don’t even know her name, perhaps you never even made eye contact. But still she made your world stop with her beauty. There was something about her you could never forget, but by the time you got your head together she was already gone, and you never saw her again.
I write this because this happened to me just this weekend. There was this woman waiting in line at a music festival, and I swear my heart stopped when I saw her. Redhead, glasses, denim jacket with patches, just the most beautiful thing I ever saw. Made me scan around for every redhead in every crowd I saw after, but to no avail. Wherever she is, she left an indelible impression on me.

I was in the final year of university, I was busing home on a Friday, the weather was beautiful. I see this woman get on the bus, red hair, really long, wearing a sundress holding a bag of apples. She was stunning, looked like a disney princess I’m guessing she was around was my age at the time, 22-23. She never once looked at her cell and looked incredibly innocent. I saw her get off and was still mesmerized. I regretted not getting off and talking to her.
