[TOMT][Animated movie] A really hungry rabbit opening a way to an evil dimension, later a bird takes a girl there to save everyone

I watched it around 2015 I guess? No idea when I came out exactly.

In the beginning a little rabbit eats all carrots he sees and then sees like a spot where paper is ripped? But it’s the paper of reality and when he rips it further it opens a way to another world/dimension, where everything is mostly red and there is some sort of evil witch resides.

Then we meet a girl, sitting in her home on a rainy day, she sees a sparrow and later a phoenix? Or some other magical bird tells her that she needs to save that world. There are some songs along the way, thanks to everyone in advance who can give any suggestions
