[TOMT][Video] Clair de Lune playing during “gotcha” scene

I think this was a movie but could be tv show. Likely 1990s-2010s. There’s an adult male, maybe in his 40s ish who was a “bad guy”, and something happens so the tables are turned on him and he realizes he’s seconds away from death or capture (I want to say it was an impending explosion but not 100% confident). Sort of a cross between “oh $h!t” and “touché” moment, near the ending of the movie. Then Clair de Lune begins playing from its opening notes.

I’ve been trying all sorts of various searches, please tell me this is a real scene!
