Obligatory the actual fuck up didn’t happen today, but I’ve just realized it now.
A year or so ago I was chatting with this girl off the apps, things were going well and had been constantly talking after an amazing first date. Unfortunately both our schedules got busy and things sort of fizzled out.
Was randomly thinking about her and was looking back through our convo, mostly memes, a few pics back and forth, etc. Except there was one day she was telling me about visiting her friend who had a new dog and how cute it was and sends me a video with the puppy in her lap.
At the time I was like wow cute puppy (which in my defense it was) and completely and utterly failed to notice that she had very purposefully and obviously zoomed past the dog in her lap to share a pretty incredible close up up skirt. There is no way it wasn’t on purpose and I have no fucking clue how I missed it until I just rewatched a year later.
Anyway ladies this is your daily reminder that if a man misses your signal, he’s probably just fucking stupid.
TL;DR: Cute puppy made me miss a great kitty.

Was visiting a girl for like the 4/5th times. it was late we were watching tv. She started saying she was tied and needed a break. We were both in her bed, under the blanket. She turn off the tv, proceed to the into spoon position with her ass touching me. I froze wait a bit and said he she was tied i’m letting her rest.
I still regret my naive stupid me back in the days.
Was invited over. She said, “The heat is stuck on full, and I have to dress like this.”
She basically wasn’t dressed.

It’s not just men! I know two lesbians and BOTH have stated they have both missed incoming and failed to convey outgoing hints.

When I was a sophomore in high school I knew this girl. We didn’t know each other well, but hung out in similar circles. She walked up to me during the last 5 minutes of lunch when I was standing at my locker and kicked a foot up and planted it on my shoulder. I wasn’t expecting it at all. She was quite a bit shorter than me and said “Huh, my foot reaches your shoulder.”
My reply was “Cool.” The doors opened and I went to class. Nothing ever happened after that between us.
I think about that sometimes.

There’s only been a single time in my life that I totally realized the girl was flirting with me right at the time she was doing it. It happened two weeks after I got married I was standing at a bus stop and this girl comes up and starts talking to me and I thought maybe she’s flirting with me but I doubt it she seems like she’s just being nice and then I flashed her my wedding ring just to see what would happen the moment she saw my wedding ring her whole demeanor changed that’s when I knew she’d been flirting with me.
The real question is, who was the good boy in this scenario? You or the puppy?
Honestly if my wife didn’t turn to me as I was going to get out of the car and walk her to her door after our first date and say “can’t we make out first?” I don’t know if I would have realized how well the date went and struggled with asking her out on another one.
