Things that you want to find in a clothing item but are not readily available or just don’t exist
What are some things that are currently lacking in men’s fashion industry?

And industry-wide standard of at least 6 belt loops on trousers.
Pockets that actually work cos its either they’re too shallow, sewn shut, or make the pants look bulky. We want deep, usable, well-placed pockets
Breathable underwear that add support, without having to be boxers.
Bollock cooling pants.
Fashion
Color! I’m a peacock, yo!
Color, as a man who lived his formative years in the 80’s I miss the colors!! It was truly the best decade fashion, music, colors, movies.
I want underwear without someone’s name on it. Feels like Idiocracy clothes, ffs
Bring suspenders back.
Shirts that focus on the sluttiness of rolled up sleeves
Clothing for bigger frames that isn’t focused on outdoors shit (DXL and king size are almost a monopoly)
Short guy here – 5’7″. I work out, and I’m usually somewhere between a large and a medium. Large would work just fine but, generally speaking, most large shirts are a bit long for me. I understand it’s not economically feasible for most companies, but I sure wish they’d so a “Large Short” like they do for suits.
Clothes that never wear out. A man should be able to stop buying clothes at about 18.
Clothes I bought in the 90’s were much nicer styles, better quality fabrics, and sized correctly. Everything today is cheap, styled for gay men, and tight fitting (slim or tapered fit). Looks too small and uncomfortable to wear. Not all us guys are unhealthily skinny to wear this crap.
I still have some Tommy Hilfiger clothes from that timeframe and still look and wear well. What they sell today does not compare.
low waist boot cut jeans.
I agree with those saying we need more color. Too much of men’s clothing is muted, drab tones.
In my experience fitness-focused brands tend to be better in this regard. I have a few brightly colored polo shirts from Under Armour.
Push-up bras… for the ballsack.
Imagine strutting your stuff in a revealing latex pair of pants, with a suggestive gap showing the plume of an impressive gonad.
That’ll turn some eyes, I tell thee.
Sundresses. They look so amazingly comfortable for hot summer days, I wish someone made men’s versions.
Also, any kind of formalwear that’s appropriate for hot weather. Having to wear a suit and tie to a July wedding while my wife is in a strapless knee-length dress makes me uber-jealous.
I feel like it’s a struggle to find colors other than shades of blue
Cargo kilts.
More colors and patterns. Every men section is a monotone of black, gray and navy. I want flowers, pastels, big prints not to mention only summer collections
Practicality.
Form should follow function.
Let’s end this nonsense of bare feet in dress shoes, short pants, tight pants…
Capes. They look awesome and I think we can bring them back.
I miss the military Jackets that stop at the belt and are tight forming with that v taper, everything looks like a tent. I keep thinking Homer Simpson mu mu’s when I see most of men’s styles, just where is the v shape?
Anime style clothes with unnecessary buckles and pauldrons and shit. Or just straight up power armour. I’d look sexy as fuck in some T-51 power armour.
Hats. Choices are either dorky looking wide brim for outdoors, baseball caps, or too formal for every day wear.
Bring back the long sleeve shirts Y2K style 👍
Cowboy boots. Bring that shit back
Skirts. Spare me with that pseudo masculine tactical kilt bullshit and give me a long, flowy skirt
Kilts dammit!
