Has anyone else period App gone weird. Just not working. What good alternatives are there?

Edit: I’m in the UK, hope you guys in the US are ok.

Mine (flow) has just been really strange for a while now, it’s taking ages to load anything, most days is basically useless because it won’t tell me where in my cycle I am especially towards the end of my cycle it just crashes out, will do everything else but not saying where in my cycle I am.

Maybe I’ve just had it too long? It’s got backdated years of my cycles, maybe it’s too much information? Idk I’m technologically illiterate.

I downloaded another one to use (I can’t remember the name) and that one did the exact same after I got all my information in, almost like it just had too much to work with. It went weird towards the end of my cycle.

Thing is my sister’s is the same recently and she has a different phone.

Are there any good alternatives? Like non app alternatives? I don’t have anywhere to hand a calender in my rented house and I promise you I’ll not keep up with looking in a diary.

Mine are super regular but it would just be nice to know exactly when I can expect everything. Early menopause runs in my family and I’d like to be able to look back at past days and see any changes in patterns to see if that’s happening. I was told most likely (infertile not sterile) I’ll never have kids so it would also be good to monitor anythimg exciting if I ever come across the unexpected.

If you’re in the US you shouldn’t be using these apps anyway.

I just track in my Google calendar. The day it starts i create an event and label it in a color I only use for that. Then it’s super easy to tell at a glance when my last period was.
