Hello, everyone. It is my first time posting on this sub! I am just going to cut straight to the story since that’s what I am here to share today. Last week I was talking to my husband and telling him I really really want to go to this new restaurant that just opened. It is very classy and I found the perfect dress and heels for it!! He told me that he would take me this weekend because it is was works best for our schedules. Today when he got home from work (literally 30 minutes ago) he told me that he was going to be taking his mom to dinner; I didn’t think anything of this because he does take her to dinner lots and I join sometimes, sometimes I don’t. Today was one of those days where I have just been exhausted and really I just want to sit on my couch and eat crackers with hummus haha. I was texting him asking how everything was going, when I looked at his location and saw he was at the restaurant he promised to take me to this weekend!!!!!! He is there WITH HIS MOMMY! He was done this before.. telling me he will take me somewhere and then ends up taking his mommy first. Do I have the right to be upset? Isn’t this weird? Am I overreacting by telling him I will just go with a friend instead of him taking me? Sorry everyone, as English is my third language. Please let me know if you need any clarification.
