My home builder asked for a 5-star review after my home was completed. I was unhappy with some things so I chose to give them no review instead of giving them a bad one. A year later, the builder posts on their Facebook a picture of MY home with a review (prob fake) that is not me or anyone I know. Is this legal and is there anything I can do? Thanks in advance!

Is your address posted or visible, or are you or any family members in the photo? I doubt you have any recourse here, even if the address is included. They did build that house, and you can’t prove that they didn’t receive that review. It could have been in an email. Taking a photo of your house from the public right-of-way is legal. And your contract with them may well include a clause that allows them to take photos and use them for publicity.
