ELI5: What would it be like to move at the speed of light toward Earth from light years away while being able to see the surface at the same time?

Would we see everything on Earth moving really fast? Like fast forwarding a movies?

But they say that if we move at a speed close to the speed of light, we would see everything almost stop, and our perception of time would be different.

So, what would it really be like?
