Feeling Stuck and Searching for a Way Out

I want to get your perspective on something.

So, I’m currently in my second year of university, majoring in Computer Science. At the beginning of the year, I applied for a few scholarships in the US, and I actually got accepted for one! But it was a partial scholarship, and I can’t afford to cover the rest of the costs because, well, the currency here is super low, and I live in a third-world country.

I’ve been trying to find outside scholarships or organizations to help cover the rest of the tuition, but honestly, most of them don’t even come close to what I need. I also tried applying for other scholarships in the US and Canada, but they asked for my high school transcripts to be sent by email, and my school just didn’t cooperate.

A few days ago, I found out about the Chinese government scholarship, but I think it’s already closed (I’m not really sure I’m still trying to figure it out). There are a couple of other options left, but at this point, I feel like I’ve partially given up. I really don’t want to stay here because I don’t see a future for myself here. I feel stuck—I’ve been in the same place for the past two years, and I just want to evolve and make a change. But I’ve spent so much energy on this process, and it feels like I’m going nowhere.

What do you think would be the right thing to do? (Any word of condolences would be appreciated)

Ps. I still need 3 years to graduate because CS in my country is 5 years.
