just get tested to be safe – many places do free testing (i would not trust that bc he says he’s clean that he is bc sometimes ppl r shady af)

You cannot just trust someone’s word when your health is on the line because your life could literally depend on getting tested now. People can carry STIs without knowing and time is critical especially for starting PEP within 72 hours.

Planned parenthood will do STD testing. It involves a urine sample, a finger prick, and a blood draw.
If you don’t know them very well and if they haven’t provided you with a copy of their most recent STD test results, then you should definitely get tested.
