Location: WW State…
We bought a house with 2.5 acres a couple of years ago. When we mapped the lot line, we noticed that the neighbors tent shed was on our land. We asked them to please move it.
He did move it, but acted territorial and weird. Examples include laying a tarp and some garbage right at the lot line. He also moved his house number to where our driveway is, I’m guessing to claim the end of the lane as his. The lane is fully on our land and not at all on his.
This weekend, they started parking a car there.
We will probably sell in a couple of years. I want to make sure that his actions don’t shrink our lot.
What steps can I take? He clearly knows we are not okay with him using that space.

Put up a note and take a picture with it. The next day if you come by and its still there, tow it. Calling after putting up the note is based on how much you want to retain speaking with the neighbor.
Start having him towed if you have already informed him and he keeps parking on your property.
