I(21M) went on a work trip with a coworker (21F) and now I’m wondering if I should ask her out?

Hey Reddit,
So I just got back from a 18 day work trip couple of months ago and that Trip honestly left me more questions than answers. I don’t usually post on here but I can’t stop thinking about it and I need some outside perspective.

I’ve known this girl for about four years now. We work for the same restaurant and over time has made us really good friends. We’ve have hung out after work with other coworkers, but never anything one-on-one.

Our company sent a small group of us to another state for a training.
One of our first nights there we had to rely on each other getting back to the hotel from a night partying. We we not drinking but having a good time with our fellow coworkers. She was telling me about personal things she hasn’t told many people before. That she was only telling me because she trusted me. I never knew about that side of her before as she never disclosed it with me before. Nothing became serious during that trip. After we returned she started making sure I was ok and constantly checking up on me. Never had feelings for her before until that trip as we the only ones that were sent from our stores location and we knew each other. We bonded on that trip and we are both being sent out again later this year to do the same thing. We’ve been good friends but I don’t want that long term friendship end because I could say or do something wrong.

So Reddit—Do I ask her out? We’ve been friends for a while, but now I feel like we could be closer than friends but I don’t want to ruin the friendship, but I also don’t want to let this pass by if there’s a chance it could be more.
