Should I go for missing pay?

Location: Oregon
May 29 I was put under investigation at my job. June 6th I was back after it was unfounded. I missed 4 days of pay and was verbally told i would be paid due to our union contract. When my paycheck appeared on the 23rd the hours wernt on there and I went in immediately and informed the administrator. It’s almost payday again and when I ask they just say they are working on it.

From what I’ve found is that I should have been paid within 3 day of informing them. Currently oregon labor board is not looking into anyone making over 25 an hour and I make 27. What should I do here
