posted a unique video. It was reposted on YouTube by another creator; I filed a DMCA, and the video was taken down (strike 1). I filed another DMCA (strike 2) after he uploaded it once more. He has since uploaded the identical video to TikTok. I can demonstrate that I am the owner of the content. Is it possible to have his YouTube channel banned for repeat infringing? And is there a way to make TikTok do something? I’ve already submitted a takedown request to them. I would appreciate any guidance. Location: Kansas USA

Do you know where he is located?
OP, this is a question for YT customer service not really a legal question at this point.
They may, or may not, care about infringing on another platform.
You’ll need to follow through with DMCA take-down process if the other user challenges it.
