Every day is a struggle, I have to work my butt off just to keep myself afloat and every day it gets worse. How can I do something without feeling exhausted daily?
I don’t want to be rich or powerful, I just want to wake up and not dread the day. How to achieve this?

Start with the basics – rule out any deficiencies (vitamins and minerals)
Honestly, same. Capitalism really said “you gotta suffer to survive.” Start small fix your sleep, drink water, find one thing daily that doesn’t suck. Doesn’t fix everything, but it helps you feel less like you’re stuck in a loop. Healing isn’t glam, sometimes it’s just eating breakfast and not hating the sun.
let’s get it out of the way that world is harsh and survival place, no matter the age. now what u can do is optimize yourself and learn about yourself more so you can monetize your strengths.
Have you spoken with a licensed professional either as a medical doctor or a therapist?
Medical doctor for your body. Therapist for your mind.
Get. More. Sleep.
Get out walking.
* Drink water (no soda)
* Eat better (more green stuff, less highly processed food)
* take vitamins
* Spend at least 15 minutes each day with a decent portion of your skin exposed to the sun (short sleeves). This is Vitamin D production.
* Make sure to focus on something at least 50 ft away every 30 minutes for at least 10 seconds (this relieves eye strain, my eye doc told me to do this. It does help)
* Spend a couple of hours outside surrounded by green living plants. The human eye is designed to process green. Also it means you will be breathing better air.
* Stretch your body out. Simple stretches Youtube some yoga will improve your circulation.
* Get 15-30 minutes of exercise (walking is good enough) every day. Lunch break is a good time.
——————- Stuff that I view as important (I have severe allergies) ————
* Open your house to ventilate it before you sleep. If you have a good cross breeze it only takes a few minutes. Houses and offices are often too air tight and you get CO2 build up. There are air quality monitors that measure CO2 and AQI. They are sensors for this, but good ones are ~$300.
* Check your air ducts for dust and mold. Bad air will make you feel run down. My friends love it at my place because my air is so pure.
* Add a few plants to your bed room. Spider plants (nick name mother in laws tongue) are good air scrubbers and low maintenance. Three or four in your room will help. See comment on green. See comment on CO2.
Simplify your life to the the extreme
The day is going to be the day… the solution to your problem is reframing your thoughts about the day, not necessarily changing your day. Whether you’re fulfilled in life or not, your thoughts can take you down or lift you up.
