My full title is “Bio-Medical Equipment Tech” I currently work at a fairly rural hospital in the United States full time and am proud to help and assist with surgeries daily. NO I DID NOT GO TO COLLEGE FOR MEDICAL I was lucky enough to get in.

    Interesting. In Australia, a biomedical tech inspects the equipment from an electrical safety standpoint. A surgical tech went to uni for proper training in the OR. How were you properly trained?

    I love the organization and got mad in my last surgery that they knocked me out right after I got in the room and said I admired it.
