Do you feel tired literally all the time, even when you get enough sleep?

r/

I sleep 7–8 hours most nights, eat decently, and don’t do anything too crazy. But I still wake up exhausted and spend most of my day wishing I could crawl back into bed. Is this just adulthood? Or am I missing something obvious?

Vitamin D, B and iron on point?

This could be a medical issue. And I’m quick to suggest it, because many young people are overstimulated and just start having symptoms like yours at one point – and it is correlated with using Reddit. It could be a topic for psychiatrist or neurologist – and there would be nothing wrong with seeking help. Instead, with right diagnosis, your quality of life might improve greatly!

One of the tens of things that could cause it is ADHD. But please, make no assumptions! Nobody on Reddit fills the role of a medical expert, nor has sufficient data on you. Seek a real one instead.

That’s not normal adulting. Could be thyroid, depression, or sleep apnea. See a doctor.

Perhaps an appointment with your doctor, maybe a blood panel is in order here.

If you snore at night, you might have sleep apnea, which would be leaving you feeling exhausted all day.

If you’re waking up tired every day despite doing everything right, something’s stealing your energy in the dark and it’s not just adulthood. Get your blood work, hormones, and sleep quality checked because exhaustion isn’t a personality trait it’s a symptom.

If sleep isn’t fixing your exhaustion, it might be your body whispering or screaming that something deeper needs attention.

go see a doctor. it could be so many different things from dietary, hormonal, biochemical, sleep related ect that you just need to get the ball rolling on finding out what it actually is rather than playing around on reddit. this could be life altering good if you talk to a doctor so dont wait.
