In my experience, not in order:
- Creating RegEx prompts, for complex tasks in Notepad++ or similar
- Getting step by step instructions on how to do some specific thing in [editing software, whatever else]
- Doing things in terminal/command prompt, and being able to ask follow up questions to resolve errors
- Analyzing terms & conditions documents for relevant info
- Getting synopses of movies, shows, or books with any level of detail

I used it as a living notebook when organizing my dnd campaign. I fed it all my ideas and had it spit back out in a cohesive and presentable order. Then I broke that down with more detail. Rinse and repeat.
All my ideas, all my IP, just made it much easier to navigate and unjumble my brain.
