I’m curious in terms of general terms to flirty terms. I generally use the word honey as I find it’s kinda nurturing energy plus it isn’t too flirty so can be used platonically.
Let me know what your favorite term is platonically and romantically.

Anything but “Daddy”
In college I dated a girl that called me “dude” all the time. She used terms you’d use for your friends.
…Somehow I ended up liking it a lot. Guess it stood out.
Megatron.

In our language we call each other sunshine
I like pet names from women they’re great. I welcome all of them.
One woman called me handsome and I’ve been secretly praying another future lady does the same.
It felt so nice to hear
It always flushed all my stress when the nice lady at the late night diner called me „sweety“.
Dear or honey is fine. But my wife just calls me stupid ass. You can just feel the hate.
amore mio (my love in my language).
Sir, in an increasingly loud and frantic tone.
Usually by my name, first name preferably.
It’s different. I think it’s been different from the last three girls I’ve dated since I was 24 and I’m not 42 and been married to. You know we all end up with unique nicknames. Like my current partner/girlfriend of almost 6 years, if she uses my name instead of, the word Love I would give her a look like I’m worried.
My ex used to call me, sweetheart, or gubben Noa, it was the first silly song I taught her from my country. I’m from Norway she was or is from the US. So she ended up calling me for fun then it’s stuck. And I used to call her silly face because she used to do silly faces to make me laugh.
Daddy, boss, sir
