Bonus Update: Aita for refusing to marry my cousin?

So I knew I said I wasn’t going to update but this was just too funny to not share with you guys.

So starting off, yes I’m still stuck in the marriage with my cousin. And yes I’m still being very bitchy about it. For example two days ago I yelled at hubby dearest and then threw my bowl of rice at him because he was trying to sit with me while I ate dinner.

Anyways moving onto the funny thing that happened. So the elders in my family, like my parents, hubby dearest’s parents, maternal and paternal uncles along with a few other extended family members came over to talk to me. I already knew what this was going to be. Basically when one of the children in my family aren’t follow the traditions and stiff, the elders intervene and basically try to guilt trip you into giving in.

So we all sit down in my In-laws living room, the elders start lecturing me about the importance of marriage and how upset Allah must be with me. I pretend to listen and that they were actually getting to me. But then they stop and wait for me to speak. I start by calling them out on how tjis marriage was forced which is not allowed by Islam so Allah was basically more upset with them. I proceed to start crying and screaming that they ruined my life.

First of all thank you so much to the girl that gave me this idea in private messages. I love you sooo much. I hope you have a high regard in heaven.

So to sum it all up I made up a story of how hubby dearest is impotent and I found out on pur supposed honeymoon which is why we fought during the night. The look on my cousin’s(husband) face as I spewed out my story while hysterically crying and saying they ruined my life was priceless. I stormed out after this and locked myself in my bedroom.

Everyone has as of now left me alone and hubby dearest is the new joke of the family. He tried denying it but with my ten/ten acting no one is believing him until he you know….shows them.
