How do I motivate myself to workout consistently when exercice feels exausting?

Im not terribly unfit, however I’d lile to work on my cardio and a bit of strength and developing a bit of muscle mass, however exercicing feels exausting and “just pushing through” while it might work sometimes, more often than not just makes me skip the workout (all or nothing mentality). Does anyone have advice?

    I would say try to drink more water and eat better. But overall, you cant really escape from this “fatigue”. You will eventually get used to the routine and it will feel less tiring. Thats not just fot exercise, but also for everything else that you want to do consistently.
