Collecting small claims judgment. Debtor is self-employed

I won a judgment in small claims court. What are my options to collect of debtor is a self-employed general contractor and I don’t have an employer to contact to garnish their wages?

I have read that I can send a writ of garnishment to a bank. I believe he has a bank account with TD Bank, but what is keeping me from issuing a writ of garnishment to multiple banks (Wells Fargo, Bank of America, etc) in case he has accounts with other banks too?

Lastly, I know he has a venmo account that is still active. I plan to send a writ of garnishment to Venmo, but is there a way that I can ask what bank he has linked that Venmo account to? That way, I can be sure that I am sending a garnishment request to an active account linked to his Venmo?

Can I ask the local police to show up to his place of work and seize assets?

It costs money that is not recoverable. You can conduct a debtors examination which would make him disclose accounts.
