Due to the issues in the other post, I will more than likely be wrongfully terminated due to whistleblowing. In addition to wrongful termination, I would like to shed some light on some hostile work environment and racial discrimination that my coworkers and I have been victims of. I believe that this may be achieved through a class action lawsuit and i would be able to get the testimonies of at least 10 individuals. I would like to know if there are any advice and recommend me any questions or step to help me pursue this lawsuit. My goal is to remedy the current victims as well as to improve the work environment for future employees that will come after my potential wrongful terminattion.
