My parents are getting a divorce

My parents are currently undergoing a divorce, not to bad but its having its effects as any divorce would. I just wanted to ask a few questions on how something like this would role out. The main one is that my father owns a business at the moment, and my mother keeps insisting that 50% of the business is hers by law, even though she contributes nothing to it, the reason I ask is because outside of the business my family has no other form of income and my father has threatened multiple times that “He’ll burn the business to the ground before she could get any of it.” (In a metaphorical sense). Its just distressing to think of something like this and I wanted to know if this is true.

Another thing is how will this effect my siblings and me. We all arent old enough to even move out yet and I’m concerned that something like this could effect them and possibly split us up.

Either way I just wanted some clarity on how any of this will go because its been digging at me and I just don’t know anymore
