Immigrant on H4 visa. Received a speeding ticket in Yosemite National Park. The ticket says United States District Court Violation Notice. Offensee charged: 36 CFR 4.21 c. Does this impact my future immigration prospects

I did a road trip to Yosemite last week to say my goodbye’s as I am leaving the Bay Area soon. I got a ticket for speeding while inside with a United States District Court Violation Notice. I am charged with 36 CFR 4.21 c, exceeding speed limits 57/35. Fine amount $200+$30(processing fee)

I did a search online and found that this is considered a misdemeanor and can show up in my USCIS background checks. I am very concerned about this as I am on an immigrant visa (H4), and based on the news this may cause me to never leave the country, since they have stricter background checks on immigrants now.

How should I deal with this situation, and what are my options? I am worried that paying the fine would be admitting guilt and cause a misdemeanor record during my USCIS background check.
