Child abuse?

r/

Location: Colorado

Long story short, crazy younger gal lives a couple houses down.

She’s constantly screaming, cussing up a storm and throwing shit when angry out in front of her house.

That’s whatever.

However tonight I was out cleaning my Chevy and her toddler had crawled into her car and locked one of the doors.

She’s starts slamming the glass yelling at the kid “open the F$&king door” over and over.

Finally she crawls through the back seat and smacks him and yells “if you ever touch it again I’ll fu$;$(&ng whoop your a$$ more than I ever have before” and drags him out the car.

He then proceeds to slam his fingers in a toy and all she says is “did you pinch your fingers? That’s cause you’re a fu);$ing idiot always touching $hit.”

He tries to climb in her car again and she drags him out yelling “Get the F$ck out of my car. Keep your fu**ing a$$ out of my car.”

1: the kid is maybe 2 years old. Maybe.

2: this is by no means an isolated incident in regards to how she treats and yells at her kids.

3: I have this incident on video

Sometimes she’s yelling profanities so loud at them inside her house we can hear at across the street while the kids are clearly crying horribly.

We don’t know what to do. Gut is telling us she beats the crap out of those kids terribly inside. Because the second she says anyone outside she puts a smile on her face and acts so sweet towards these kids and ushers them inside where she proceeds her yelling and throwing again (once again, very audible to us outside)

I keep hearing that the cops won’t do crap, neither will CPS unless it’s extreme,

And we also don’t wanna catch defamation lawsuits for making complaints. However it’s getting to the point where we can’t morally stand by anymore.

She’s freaking nuts.

Any tips?

CPS! QUOTE what she said to her child and what she did. This kid will end up in the hospital or worse.

Call CPS immediately. Your testimony is evidence, and this is beyond the pale. There’s a chance CPS may even get police involved, but you can also call the police non emergency number to make a report as well.

You report they dont disclose. And repeated visits from cps might teach her. She is probably acting as she was raised.

Call CPS WEEKLY! Once she is on rheir radar, they can do surprise visits and sooner or later will find bruises.

But honestly? Are you more concerned fot yourself than a helpless child?
