Hell no. Best decision ever. I already have 2 kids, so I am good. If I want more I could adopt a kid or do IVF in a lab (with my sperms of course). The cost of an IVF would be around $1000 here in Europe, which is acceptable. A vasectomy is one of the most caring thing you can do for your partner and the rest of the world.
I only worried about it for a few years after with the thought of “what if I get divorced and the next woman I meet wants kids?” Not that I thought it was likely, but it was in the back of my mind.
Now I’m 35 and don’t think I’d want more kids even if I did get divorced (which I still don’t think is likely) so I’m less concerned about it.
If I had to do it again though I’d probably freeze some swimmers just in case.
Not at all. I got mime when i was 24. Just turned 29 last week. I knew i never wanted kids and after seeing a few of my buddies have kids they don’t plan to have, i mage the move to get it done.
Probably not now, but for a while yes. I was one of the few who end up with post vasectomy pain syndrome. I ended up going to a second urologist because the one who performed my vasectomy didn’t want to have anything to do with me after the procedure. The second urologist put me on a low dose of tadalafil (cialis) because it is FDA approved for shrinking the prostate (and other ‘plumbing’ down there) and can sometimes alleviate post vasectomy pain. Well it worked, and after taking it for about three weeks the pain that I had had for one year was almost completely gone. Morale of the story: Beware of the fact that there usually aren’t complications with the procedure, but there can be, and some of those complications really suck and you need to make your peace with that before you go through with it.
No. After a horrible experience with an unplanned pregnancy which ended up in miscarriage, I do not regret getting a vasectomy. It is worth it for piece of mind. Four years now.
I can have sex and cum freely with no worries of my wife getting pregnant ever again.
My husband got one about three years ago and honestly, I was more nervous about it than he was. He said the worst part was just the awkward small talk with the doctor during the procedure. No regrets on either side – best decision we ever made for our peace of mind.
It’s great to make love and not worry about babies coming.
When I had mine over 30 years ago the doctor was hesitant, he said what if something happened to my kids. I said that I wouldn’t necessarily want to replace them like a dog/cat.

Nope. Sex is now care free. If I want to have more kids, the ‘worst’ case would be adoption
Hell no, it’s awesome, unlimited creampies!

I’ve been seeing a lot of stuff about men who get it, an they say their orgasm isn’t the same or as intense. An that’s what I’m worried about I guess
I have come to realize that I did the world a disservice by not propagating my seed more abundantly. But my wallet thanks me.

Nah, not at all. Piece of mind knowing no more kids plus the Mrs is allergic to latex.
Not in the slightest. No worries with sex with my wife, she got her cycle back (until menopause at least?.

Had it done 14 years ago, never regretted it.
Not in the slightest
Nope. I’m too old to be chasing toddlers around.

“men of reddit, don’t you hate creampies?”
Lol no. No regrets.
My only regret is that I didn’t get it done at 18 instead of 40.

Not in the slightest. Had 2 kids. It’s so much easier than any alternatives for woman.
I got one at 24 when I was single and I don’t regret it. I’m married and in my late 30s now.
Just avoided and will continue to avoid a whole load of stress.
No…
Definitely not
