Obviously Superman has the strength of the world, but I’d think Vader could use the force to counter what Superman throws at him. What do you guys think?

I’m pretty sure I watched superman fly around the world backwards to turn back time. I just watched Vader cut off his son’s hand, and also throw a decrepit old man down an elevator shaft, which mind you, didn’t even kill that old man.
Superman would snap him in half. The force allows users to move stuff around and influence. Superman is made powerful by the differences between earth and kryptons gravity and radiation levels, but he also has eye lazers. He would be too fast and able to throw much larger objects than vader could deflect i’d imagine.
Superman could beat Darth Vader’s ass with ease.
But the Force is a power of fate. It has a will, and its will is destiny. Jedi can nudge things in the direction of fate, Sith can hijack fate for their own gain, but in the end, fate is fate. The broad lines of the future are set in stone, because what the Force wills to happen will happen.
And the will of the Force is for Darth Vader to kill the last of the Sith (hence he is “the chosen one”). One way or another, that is inevitable: Darth Vader will survive to kill the last of the Sith. The Force will make sure it happens.
So if Darth Vader and Superman decide to fight, Superman will not win. At least not in anyway way that will prevent Darth Vader from fulfilling his destiny. Superman might cause him to flee, or cripple him, or have him surrender or admit defeat or they might become friends and make sweet love or whatever — but Superman is unable to kill Darth Vader.
Because the Force wills Vader to live (long enough), and the Force’s will is destiny.
I’m going with Vader. He can cause internal damage with the force
